What Happens If My Order Is Lost During Shipping?
Once an order has been shipped, Gliss Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. We recommend ensuring that all shipping information is entered accurately at checkout to help avoid delivery issues.
If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information. For additional support, feel free to reach out to our team.
Which Shipping Carriers Do You Use / How can I track my order?
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers including FedEx, DHL, and Nova Post, depending on your location.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey.
All shipments are fully insured. For customs and legal purposes, the declared value of your shipment must accurately reflect the purchase price of the jewelry and cannot be adjusted.

What Quality Are Your Diamonds and Where Do They Come From?
Our jewelry is crafted using 14k and 18k gold and ethically sourced, conflict-free diamonds.
Our diamonds are carefully selected for their quality, typically falling within the F–H color range (near colorless) and VVS - SI clarity grade, ensuring exceptional brilliance and beauty.
How Should I Care for My Jewelry?
Gliss jewelry is designed to be worn and cherished every day. To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend gently cleaning them every 2–3 weeks using warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth.
Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals such as bleach, chlorine, and cleaning products, as these may damage precious metals and gemstones. We also recommend removing jewelry before swimming, exercising, or applying perfumes, lotions, and oils.
Can I Return My Order?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we'll cover the cost.

What If My Item Arrives Damaged or Defective?
Every Gliss order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. If your item arrives damaged or you believe it has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at glissjewelrybrand@gmail.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
